1. Overview & Service Agreement

Welcome to our Stock Photo & Video Studio. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing digital media assets from this catalog, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant of Record & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all transactions, handling customer service inquiries, tax calculation, collection, and returns. All payment details are processed securely according to Paddle’s privacy and security standards.

3. Customer Accounts & Downloads

To purchase licenses and download master media files, you must register a customer account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Each purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to the specific asset according to our Licensing Agreement. Master files may be re-downloaded from your personal Library at any time, subject to account standing.

4. Intellectual Property

All stock assets, preview watermarks, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of the Studio and its contributors. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Refunds & Disputed Charges

Due to the instant digital nature of master asset downloads, refund requests are evaluated individually by Paddle and the Studio in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Upon issuance of a refund, master file download access will be automatically revoked.
