• Account Details: Email address and hashed passwords for account management and library access.
• Order & License Records: Completed transaction IDs, licensed asset identifiers, purchase dates, and license tiers.
• Contact Messages: Name, email address, message body, and category when submitting our contact inquiry form.
• Audit Logs: Timestamped records of master asset downloads to detect abuse and assist with licensing verification.

2. Payment Processing

We do not store or process payment card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. All payment transactions are handled directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle collects your billing address, payment details, and handles tax compliance under their respective privacy policies.

3. Bot & Spam Protection

We utilize Cloudflare Turnstile to safeguard forms against automated spam and fraudulent submissions without displaying intrusive user puzzles. Turnstile evaluates non-interactive browser telemetry to distinguish humans from bots.

4. Cookies & Session Storage

We use strictly necessary encrypted HTTP-only session cookies to authenticate logged-in users and manage library access. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
